Sartori Co., Plymouth, Wis., launched Citrus Ginger BellaVitano, a hand-rubbed cheese made with a unique and exotic blend of spices, including ginger, onion, garlic, red bell pepper and citrus.
Sartori Cheese, Plymouth, Wis., released its Limited Edition Peppermint BellaVitano cheese for the month of October in support of breast cancer awareness month.
New to Sartori’s lineup is a limited edition of Peppermint BellaVitano cheese, an artisan cheese crafted by hand rubbing aged BellaVitano Gold with crushed peppermint candy.
Artisan and premium cheese processor Sartori Foods, Plymouth, Wis., said it purchased Tellory Inc., a Boulder County, Colo., processor of premium Ciolo and Piccolo refrigerated retail pesto, dips and spreads.
