Arla Foods to acquire Kraft-branded cheese business in Middle East and Africa from Mondelēz International

The move enables Mondelēz International to focus on its newly-announced strategic plan.

Mondelēz International, Inc., East Hanover, N.J., announced plans to sell its Kraft-branded cheese business in Middle East and Africa (MEA) to Arla Foods, Denmark.

Bega Cheese to acquire iconic brands from Mondelez International

Included in the sale are Mondelēz International owned brands — VEGEMITE, ZoOsh, Bonox — and other products that use the Kraft brand under license, such as processed cheese slices, parmesan cheese and more.
