Mettler-Toledo Product Inspection has announced its experts will present the latest technologies at Pack Expo Connects from 9 - 13 November, 2020. Across the five show days, Mettler-Toledo will be demonstrating Track & Trace, metal detection, checkweighing, X-ray and vision inspection technologies, presenting a panel session with a Questions and Answers discussion on the Innovation Stage, plus hosting a virtual showroom at Pack Expo Connects.

The new Mettler Toledo CI-Vision V15 Round Line smart camera inspection system is designed to confirm the presence, completeness and readability of alphanumeric label information and printed 1D and 2D codes on round packaging and reject those packages not in compliance. Target containers can include food jars, cosmetics and household chemicals containers. This provides an essential protection, since the FDA reports that more than half of packaged product recalls are due to incorrect or unreadable labels and printed codes.
