Henningsen Cold Storage Co., Hillsboro, Ore., announced plans to build a new 5-million-cubic-foot, temperature-controlled warehouse in Grandview, Wash.

Global warehousing and logistics services provider VersaCold, Vancouver, B.C., said it plans in July to open a 196,000-sq.-ft. public refrigerated storage and distribution center in Tacoma, Wash.

Hanson Logistics, St. Joseph, Mich., said it expects by July to complete an expansion at its temperature-controlled Chicago Consolidation Center in Hobart, Ind.
