One of the fastest-growing specialty coffee drive-thru franchises in the nation is bringing 181,033 square feet of cold storage and distribution space to the greater Indianapolis, Indiana area.

The move-in ready cold storage facility boasts 40-foot clear ceiling heights, a 35,000-square-foot in-place freezer with full height racking, 11 loading docks and two drive-in doors.

The company is the first third-party logistics (3PL) service provider in Quebec with an automated warehouse for fresh and frozen food products, one of the most advanced facilities in North America.

Climbing over 140 feet, phase one of the Lebanon, Indiana, facility features a capacity of 100,700 industrial pallet positions. 

The average annual salary at Sysco Arizona East will be $68,000 per year, nearly double the per capita median income in Arizona.

The addition strengthens Lineage’s Texas network, which includes 18 sites in key cities like Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston and San Antonio.

The addition of these eight cold storage facilities to Lineage’s warehousing network will provide nearly 1.3 million square feet of capacity and approximately 115,000 pallet positions.
