Dr. Praeger’s will introduce two irresistible new offerings to 475 Target stores nationwide and favorites and best-sellers are also getting expanded distribution.

These crispy-coated additions to its beloved veggie burger lineup – first announced in late 2023 – were created in response to consumer demand for enhanced texture in veggie-forward products.

Now available in over 3,000 retail stores nationwide, Actual Veggies marks a significant milestone with its nationwide debut in Sprouts Farmers Market stores. 

Nationwide launch comes with a packaging refresh. 

Actual Veggies has closed a $2.3M round of funding from Electric Feel Ventures, the venture arm of Post Malone's management team, run by Austin Rosen; Big Idea Ventures; Rose Street Capital; former Arsenal and current Inter Miami CF defender, Kieran Gibbs, and other strategic investors. Combined with its previous funding round from Big Idea Ventures and angel contributions, Actual Veggies has secured $2.8M in funding to date.

Actual Veggies, the first veggie-only burger, is launching in the refrigerated section at more than 360 Sprouts Farmers Market locations, online at HungryRoot, Imperfect Foods, FreshDirect, and direct-to-consumer through the Actual Veggies website.
