CSM nv, Amsterdam, The Netherlands, said the integrated company of H.C. Brill and Best Brands Corp. will be named CSM Bakery Products North America.

CSM Bakery Supplies North America (CSM BSNA) Schaumburg, Ill., said it expects in March to acquire Best Brands Corp., a Minnetonka, Minn.-based supplier of frozen bakery goods and bakery ingredients.

CSM Bakery Supplies North America, Schaumburg, Ill., said that in advance of his upcoming retirement, CEO Reinoud Plantenberg will transfer his responsibilities to Bret Weaver effective May 1, 2010.

Bret Weaver has succeeded Troy Hendricks as president and chief executive officer at H.C. Brill Company Inc.
