Agropur, a Canadian dairy cooperative, said its Schroeder Company subsidiary in Maplewood, Minn., purchased Farmland Dairies' UHT milk processing plant in Grand Rapids, Mich.

The Canadian dairy cooperative Agropur, Longueil, Quebec, said it expects this Dec. 23, 2008, to complete its purchase of Schroeder Milk, a Maplewood, Minn., milk processor.
