Givaudan, Bühler, Cargill, Ital and The Foodtech Hub LATAM have jointly announced the opening of Tropical Food Innovation Lab, an innovation ecosystem for the development of sustainable food and beverages focused on the Brazilian biodiversity.
Food and agriproducts giant Cargill Incorporated, Minneapolis, said its U.S. meats business plans by June 2011 to build a $14.7 million culinary center and pilot plant in Wichita, Kan.
