In the final step of a merger that took place earlier this year, officials at Catelli Bros, Delimax Veal Inc., NRV, and Specialty Meats Inc. said they will operate under a newly formed parent company called Fontelli Food Group.

Four companies – Catelli Brothers, Delimax Veal Inc., NRV, and Specialty Meats Inc. – said they have merged to become one of the nation's largest vertically integrated veal organizations.
