Peco Foods, Tuscaloosa, Ala., announced plans to build a $165 million fully integrated poultry complex in Randolph and Clay counties in northeastern Arkansas.
Poultry processor Townsends, Inc., Georgetown, Del., said it received final approval from the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware to sell substantially all of its assets.
