The Plant Based Foods Association (PBFA), San Francisco, launched a new Certified Plant Based program, what is said to be the first and only plant-based food certification.
The (Portland) Oregonian reported that Turtle Island Foods Inc. expects to earn a LEED Platinum certification for a new $10 million refrigerated and frozen soy products plant in Hood River, Ore.
