The recalled products were distributed throughout the United States and Canada and packed in various formats under the brand names listed and sold at retailers including Walmart, Food Lion and Giant Eagle.
Both facilities were part of the company's acquisition of the ConAgra Foods private brands business in February.

TreeHouse Foods, Inc., Oak Brook, Ill., announced its intention to close a facility in Delta, British Columbia, Canada, and reduce its manufacturing footprint in Battle Creek, Mich.
ConAgra Foods, Inc., Omaha, Neb., reached a definitive agreement to sell its private label operations to TreeHouse Foods, Oak Brook, Ill., for approximately $2.7 billion in cash, excluding transaction-related expenses.
