Lineage Logistics will celebrate the grand opening of their new facility in Port Wentworth, near the Port of Savannah, Georgia on Thursday, April 20. 

Savannah Fresh-Port Wentworth will allow Lineage to transport up to 1.4 million pounds of produce per day people across the Southeast from the site at 348 Hendley Road.

The company called it a "next generation facility" that represents a $78 million investment in the city of Port Wentworth. Lineage’s total investment in Chatham County tops $104 million to date.
