All-natural refrigerated foods processor La Terra Fina named Tim Ramsey as general manager and COO.



La Terra Fina, owned by San Diego, Calif.-based Circle Foods, named Tim Ramsey as general manager and COO, responsible for developing and executing the long-range strategic planning efforts for the organization as well as overseeing day-to-day operations.

The industry veteran has established a proven track record for producing impressive results in developing strong teams, building brands and delivering sustainable growth. During his most recent post as senior vice president of sales and marketing for Pacific Natural Foods, revenue and profits more than tripled.

“I am excited to lead in the effort to establish similar results here at La Terra Fina,” Ramsey says. “We have a quality line of all-natural refrigerated products, and I look forward to the opportunities that lie ahead to expand our product offerings and add new retailers.”

Ramsey has more than two decades of experience in the food and beverage Industry, including his early years working in sales at E. & J. Gallo Winery. Over the years he has taken on senior leadership roles with Tropicana Products, Fresh Express Farms and River Ranch Fresh Foods.
