Sartori Inspirations, Lafayette, Colo., acquired Blue Moose of Boulder, a Boulder, Colo.-based producer of premium hummus, salsa, dips and pestos made with fresh, all-natural ingredients.

TheBlue Mooseline will join Ciolo andPiccolo as the third brand of high-quality dips and spreads sold in retail and foodservice channels.
