Atlanta-based AmeriCold Logistics, the nation's largest public refrigerated warehouse and logistics services provider, said it hired Jos Opdeweegh as chief executive officer, effective immediately. He succeeds Tony Schnug, who has stepped down from day-to-day activities but remains as AmeriCold chairman. Opdeweegh formerly was president and chief executive officer at TDS Logistics, Atlanta.
