Frozen Mexican foods processorRuiz Foods, Dinuba, Calif., is California's largest Hispanic-owned manufacturing company and ranks third among the nation's top 500 U.S. Hispanic-owned manufacturing companies, according toHispanic Business magazine. This June, the magazine's annual Top 500 issue also listed Ruiz as the nation's 16th largest Hispanic-owned business.

Ruiz is a privately held company led by third-generation family members Bryce Ruiz and Kim Ruiz, vice chairman. Both are children of co-founder, Chairman and CEO Fred Ruiz.
