Carl Byrnes has been promoted to president atSCS Refrigerated Services LLC, an Algona, Wash.-based cold storage and logistics services provider with facilites in Algona, Seattle and Tacoma, Wash. Byrnes joined SCS in October 2007 and has served as chief financial officer and vice president of business development. He previously held executive posts with Pfizer Inc., RBC Capital Markets and several other investment banking groups.
