Chicken, pork and beef processing giant Tyson Foods Inc., Springdale, Ark., recognized five of its vendors with “Supplier of the Year” distinctions. Among them is ingredient supplier Kerry Group plc, Tralee, Ireland, which was named Tyson’s “Direct Ingredient Supplier of the Year.”

“We appreciate Kerry’s commitment to product ideas and innovation, including the technical support the company has given our plants and our corporate research and development team,” said Randy Allison, Tyson’s sourcing manager.
