Potato products supplierNonpareil Corp., Blackfoot, Idaho, said it expanded its co-packing partnership withGeneral Millsto include packaging and distribution of frozen potatoes under the Betty Crocker brand.
Officials said the two companies struck up a relationship last November with Nonpareil distributing bagged Betty Crocker fresh potatoes.
“We are proud to be extending our relationship with General Mills, further expanding a partnership between one of the world’s best and most recognizable brands with the world’s highest quality potatoes,” said Scott Phillips, Nonpareil vice president and manager of sales. “The extension of this partnership is very good news for our company and valued customers and will provide additional opportunities for our growing and packing partners.”
Nonpareil says it is one of the largest growers and shippers of fresh potatoes, a leading manufacturer of dehydrated potato pieces and a leading producer of potato flakes and flour.
