Execs on the move at Blount, Earthbound Farm, Clearwater
EXECS ON THE MOVE
Organic fresh-cut salads processor Earthbound Farm, San Juan Bautista, Calif., announced three key executive appointments. It hired Judy Chen, formerly of Chiquita and Fresh Express, as Earthbound Farms' new chief marketing officer. Sandy Whitehouse joined Earthbound Farm as chief human resources officer. She previously was vice president of human resources for Orchard Supply Hardware. Earthbound Farms also promoted Will Daniels to senior vice president of operations and organic integrity. He previously was senior vice president of quality, food safety and organic integrity.
Clearwater Seafoods, L.P., Halifax, N.S., said it hired Greg Morency as executive vice president and chief commercial officer. Morency previously was vice president and general manager with Tate & Lyle's Asia Pacific unit.
Refrigerated soups, salads and dips processor Blount Fine Foods, Fall River, Mass., said it hired Lisa Yerger-Facera as director of retail sales. She previously was director of Mid-Atlantic sales for A.J. Letizio Sales and Marketing. Blount said it also hired Samuel "Bud" Boswell as head of West Coast business development and national account sales. Boswell previously was principal and owner of Custom Culinary and Consulting. He will work from Blount's new Dallas sales office.
