Frozen foods giantPinnacle Foods Group, LLCexpects this summer to relocate its corporate offices to Parsippany, N.J. from Mountain Lakes, N.J. Pinnacle is the parent to a wide range of frozen food brands such as Aunt Jemima, Hungry-Man, Birds Eye, Mrs Paul's and Van de Kamp's. Prism Capital Partners, LLC, Englewood, N.J., said Pinnacle will lease 85,000 square feet in a 180,000-square-foot property. Prism said it is fitting Pinnacle's space to accommodate executive and administrative offices as well as a commercial test kitchen.
The Columbus (Ohio) Dispatchreported thatBob Evans Farmsplans to build a new corporate headquarters in New Albany, Ohio, by 2013. Company CEO Steve Davis told those gathered at a news conference that Bob Evans simply needed more "room and flexibility" in its corporate offices. Bob Evans has annual revenues of about $1.7 billion. It owns and operates nearly 600 full-service restaurants and markets a range of retail meats and side dishes.
