Pinnacle Foods, Bob Evans moving offices
Frozen foods giant Pinnacle Foods Group, LLC expects this summer to relocate its corporate offices to Parsippany, N.J. from Mountain Lakes, N.J. Pinnacle is the parent to a wide range of frozen food brands such as Aunt Jemima, Hungry-Man, Birds Eye, Mrs Paul's and Van de Kamp's. Prism Capital Partners, LLC, Englewood, N.J., said Pinnacle will lease 85,000 square feet in a 180,000-square-foot property. Prism said it is fitting Pinnacle's space to accommodate executive and administrative offices as well as a commercial test kitchen.
The Columbus (Ohio) Dispatch reported that Bob Evans Farms plans to build a new corporate headquarters in New Albany, Ohio, by 2013. Company CEO Steve Davis told those gathered at a news conference that Bob Evans simply needed more "room and flexibility" in its corporate offices. Bob Evans has annual revenues of about $1.7 billion. It owns and operates nearly 600 full-service restaurants and markets a range of retail meats and side dishes.
