San Luis Sausage, Orange, Calif., added Smoked Cheddar Bratwursts to its line of gourmet sausages.
The 6-inch links are hickory smoked bratwursts filled with fresh pork and real cheddar cheese, and are available to restaurants, hotels, resorts and other foodservice channels.
