Canada-based Unifiller developed a cake finishing center, a computerized icing and decorating system that applies icing to the top and sides of round cakes, then finishes the top and bottom with beautiful borders.

This system requires minimal training, and can decorate up to seven cakes a minute. Plus, it helps control ingredient costs, increases product consistency and helps workers avoid injury or strain from piping bags.
