Chicago-based Echo Global Logistics, Inc., a provider of technology-enabled transportation and supply chain management services, acquired Comcar Logistics, a non-asset-based truckload brokerage based in Jacksonville, Fla.

Comcar provides truckload brokerage to a portfolio of clients, primarily in the Southeastern and Rocky Mountain regions.
