Integrated Distribution Services (IDS), Plainfield, Ind., acquired Aspen Logistics, Salt Lake City, Utah.

The addition of Aspen Logistics provides IDS a key hub to build on an already expanding intermodal consolidation service, including temperature-controlled LTL pool distribution services for the intermountain region through IDS-owned assets and brokerage division.
