Inspired by a popular Christmastime treat—peppermint bark—this smooth mint ice cream is loaded with dark chocolate and white chocolate chunks containing crushed peppermint candies.

“Our new ice cream flavor was created to taste just like the peppermint bark many of us enjoy making and eating during the holiday season,” says Brenda Valera, director of research and development. “Traditional peppermint bark is very simple to make and consists of a dark chocolate bottom, a layer of white chocolate and a topping of crushed peppermint candies. Those are all of the same ingredients you will find in our Peppermint Bark Ice Cream.”

Each half-gallon container is available in the freezer section for a limited time.
