Blue Bell Ice Cream, Brenham, Mass., kicked off the New Year with new Marbled Cream Cheese Brownie Ice Cream, which is a combination of milk chocolate ice Blue Bell Marbled Cream Cheese Brownie ice creamcream and cream cheese ice cream loaded with chocolate brownies and a chocolate sundae sauce swirl.

“I don’t think it will take much persuading to get our fans to try this flavor,” says Paul Kruse, president and CEO. “The milk chocolate and cream cheese ice creams blend perfectly to create the same flavor as the traditional cream cheese brownie dessert. Marbled Cream Cheese Brownie is our first new ice cream of 2015, and we have several more that will be introduced throughout the year.
