Burnett Dairy Cooperative, Grantsburg, Wis., introduced new String Whips, Artisan Cuts and new flavors of String Cheese.

String Whips are the company’s natural mozzarella string cheese in a fun, spaghetti-like shape, available in Creamy Original and Homestyle Ranch.

String Cheese consists of natural mozzarella string cheese blended with meats and spices to create protein-packed varieties, such as Zesty Teriyaki, Hot Pepper Beef and Pepperoni Pizza.

Meanwhile, Artisan Cuts are cracker-sized pieces of artisan cheese, sold in a resealable bag in Bacon & Onion Colby, Roasted Garlic Monterey Jack, Rosemary Herb Cheddar, Italian Sun-Dried Tomato Monterey Jack, Aged Cheddar, Colby and Fancy Jack kinds. Artisan Cuts are available in select markets only.
