Foodservice provider S&F Foods, Inc., Romulus, Mich., introduced a new line of frozen gluten-free stuffed sandwiches to the retail market.

Gluten-Free Delights consists of the freshest ingredients and dough made from scratch.

The line includes Southwest Veggie, Spinach Artichoke, Pepperoni Pizza and Ham and Cheese varieties. Each pack includes two certified gluten-free, individually wrapped stuffed sandwiches.

"Developing a gluten-free product that was nutritionally healthy and tastes good proved to be a challenge," says Maureen Acciaioli, director of research and development. "We are proud to be the first to offer a line of gluten-free stuffed sandwiches featuring four scrumptious offerings that are guaranteed to please."

This line is available in grocers nationwide.
