Spinelli’s Sauce Co., Denver, Colo., introduced a new collection of refrigerated salad dressings, complete with restaurant-quality ingredients like aged Parmesan, extra virgin olive oil, fresh chopped garlic and the finest Mediterranean spices.

“More and more, consumers are choosing to make salads their main entrée for both lunch and dinner, and our great tasting, quality dressings provide an inspiration for delicious meals,” says Chris Rogers, chef and owner.

New flavors include Caesar, Gorgonzola and Balsamico, and are available in 12-ounce bottles in the refrigerated case of the fresh produce section in almost 200 grocery stores in the Rocky Mountain region, including Marczyk Fine Foods, Vinnola’s Italian Specialty Market and Spinelli’s Market, as well as King Soopers, City Market and Whole Foods in Colorado.
