Saputo Cheese USA, Richfield, Wis., introduced Great MidwestApplewood Smoked Gouda, the newest extension to the brand’s line of artisan cheeses infused with a variety of flavors.
This bulk offering is available in two 6-pound logs.
Creamy and mildly buttery Gouda is smoked with applewood to create a lightly sweet, delicate flavor. Perfect for snacking with cubed fresh fruit or for topping warm sandwiches and grilled burgers.
