The Chefs' Warehouse, Inc., Ridgefield, Conn., acquired substantially all of the assets of M.T. Food Service, Inc., a Chicago-based wholesale distributor of dairy, produce, specialty and grocery items in the metro Chicago area.

We’ve continued to grow in the region organically and the addition of MT significantly accelerates our growth plan.”
