Acme Smoked Fish, Brooklyn, N.Y., launched a premium smoked salmon variety pack under its Acme brand.

This 9-ounce variety pack includes Gravlax (seasoned with dill to recreate the unique style of an old Scandinavian tradition), Traditional (original smoked salmon following the company’s 100-year-old family recipe) and Black Pepper (coated with cracked, black pepper) varieties.

“We’re excited to release this newest addition to the Acme line of smoked fish products,” says Ellen Lee-Allen, senior marketing manager.

The variety pack will be available at Shop Rite, Hannaford, Fairway, Morton Williams, Adams Fairacre Farms, Foodtown, Weis and Winn Dixie supermarkets.
