AIT Worldwide Logistics, Itasca, Ill., announced the relocation of its Miami, Fla., office to a new facility equipped with a number of enhancements and situated just five minutes from Miami International Airport and less than a half hour from the Port of Miami.

With 15,000 square feet of warehouse space combined with 2,000 square feet of office space, the new facility is triple the size of the previous location, and is scaled to accommodate growth with amenities, including a conference room and a larger parking lot.

The warehouse space is shared with one of AIT’s primary ground transportation partners. This arrangement allows for the majority of incoming domestic freight to be picked up internally, generating a boost to the speed of the receiving process. Likewise, bonded freight will flow seamlessly through the facility while an increase in rack space will help to simplify inventory management.
