The Lone Grazer Creamery, Minneapolis, is closing its doors after just 2.5 years of business to focus attention on its other companies.

Owner Kieran Folliard and cheesemaker Reuben Nilsson plan to continue investing resources into Red Table Meat Co., an artisan butcher shop based in Minneapolis, and Baker’s Field Flour & Bread, a Minneapolis-based flour fill.
