Shamrock Foods, Phoenix, Ariz., purchased Dee’s FoodService, El Paso, Texas. The transaction further extends Shamrock Foods’ reach, product offerings and ability to bring new solutions to customers as a go-to foodservice resource.

Shamrock Foods is the parent company of Shamrock Farms, a family-owned and operated dairy. Both Shamrock Foods and Dee’s FoodService share common roots, as each began as a family-owned and operated dairy and expanded into foodservice. Shamrock Foods carries a comprehensive portfolio of products, including national and exclusive brands of fresh meat and seafood, produce, dairy, dry and frozen groceries, beverages, equipment and supplies.
Effective immediately, Shamrock Foods will assume responsibility for Dee’s FoodService customers.
