Lipari Foods, a Warren, Mich.-based food distributor, acquired the cheese cutting and packaging business of Jim’s Cheese, LLC, Waterloo, Wis.

Jim's Cheese produces a large selection of specialty, aged and cut-out cheeses. This acquisition will be a great addition to Lipari Foods’ offering of quality products and will expand its manufacturing capabilities. The acquisition will operate under the JLM Manufacturing division of Lipari Foods.
