A survey conducted by Regina Corso Consulting, New York, polled 1,100 adults across the United States to understand the current retail landscape and the services shoppers would like grocery stores to offer. The study, sponsored by Phononic, Durham, N.C., revealed consumers’ attitudes around grocery stores today and discusses how stores must adapt to the modern age.
