Dicom Transportation Group, Canada, a portfolio company of Wind Point Partners, Chicago, announced plans to sell Dicom Canada, its Canadian subsidiary, to General Logistics Systems B.V. (GLS), a The Netherlands-based subsidiary of Royal Mail plc, UK.
Dicom Canada is a regional transportation company providing ground-based parcel, freight and logistics services in Canada with a focus on Ontario and Quebec.
GLS provides high-quality deferred parcel, logistics and express services in 41 European countries and nation states and eight U.S. states over 70 central and regional transshipment points and more than 1,000 depots.
