Indiana Packers Corp. (IPC), the Delphi, Ind.-based maker of INDIANA KITCHEN premium pork products, acquired Specialty Foods Group, LLC (SFG), an Owensboro, Ky.-based manufacturer and distributor of KENTUCKY LEGEND premium hams.

“We are excited to officially welcome SFG, its outstanding people and admired brands into the Indiana Packers’ fold,” says Russ Yearwood, president and COO of IPC. “We eagerly look forward to the business growth that will come as a result of combining our two companies.” 

The Owensboro facility will continue operating and producing high-quality meat products.
