Saputo to acquire F&A Dairy Products
F&A Dairy Products manufactures a variety of natural cheeses.
Saputo Inc., Canada, announced plans to acquire F&A Dairy Products, Inc., Dresser, Wis., and its two manufacturing facilities in Las Cruces, N.M., and Dresser, Wis., and 170 employees for $85 million.
F&A Dairy Products manufactures a variety of natural cheeses, including mozzarella and provolone, which are distributed in the United States and Mexico.
