Qdoba Mexican Eats announced plans to move its corporate headquarters to AMP&RSAND, the former San Diego Union-Tribune site, which was repurposed by The Casey Brown Co., San Diego, Calif., to a best-in-class work environment.

The Mexican-inspired restaurant brand will occupy the entire fourth floor of the Stack Building.

“The AMP&RSAND building is an iconic San Diego location, and we’re thrilled to make this the official home for QDOBA’s new headquarters,” says Tim Welsh, vice president of real estate and development for Qdoba. “Our team is working closely with Hughes Marino [Construction Management] and SCA Architecture to make this new space a reflection of our brand – fun, upbeat and collaborative. We look forward to moving in spring 2019.”

AMP&RSAND, located at 350 Camino de la Reina, is a modern and “amenitized” work campus, including nine patios, 64,000 square feet of outdoor collaborative space, a 5,000-square-foot fitness studio, outdoor multi-functional amphitheater, craft coffee, a café, concierge and valet services and on-site EV parking. The campus also boasts additional outdoor spaces and parks.
