Golden West Packaging Group LLC, a New York-based holding company for packaging businesses, acquired Allpak Container, LLC, Renton, Wash.
Allpak Container designs and manufactures high-end consumer packaging and industrial packaging from its two facilities in Seattle and Spokane, Wash., for more than 450 customers in agriculture, food and beverage, among others.
