JMP Solutions, London, acquired Canada-based Hi-Def Controls, enhancing its presence in Western Canada while benefiting from additional competencies specifically in the water and wastewater industry segments, among others.

The two organizations are a natural fit due to their focused industry alignment and customer-centric philosophy.
