Deep Foods, Union, N.J., announced a rebrand of its Tandoor Chef line of frozen Indian meals, breads and appetizers.
Recognizing the shift in consumer shopping habits, Deep Foods revamped the messaging and contemporized the packaging of Tandoor Chef under the name “Deep Indian Kitchen.”
The rebrand, available in August, will focus on the emotional experience of preparing Indian cuisine from scratch, an integral element of Deep Foods’ proprietary, authentic cooking process. The brand will highlight Indian food in a way that’s convenient and approachable for cooks of all skill levels while also highlighting trending, functional benefits such as plant-based proteins.
