Flavored goat cheese
Celebrity Goat Cheese, Elizabeth, N.J., announced plans to launch eight new goat cheese varieties over the course of the year.
Available in retail and for foodservice applications, the new summer offerings entail Cucumber Lemon, Beet and Chive and Amarena Cherry.
In the fall, Celebrity will introduce Spiced Sweet Potato, Maple Toffee and Horseradish Dill.
And, in the winter, new flavors will enlist Cappuccino and Truffle.
