Almond Flour Pizza features what is said to be the cleanest ingredient profile on the market. It’s also dubbed the world’s first almond flour pizza made with nutrient-dense almonds. This better-for-you pizza cooks in under 15 minutes cook time, and is available in Naked (which boasts a suggested retail price of $9), Whole Milk Mozzarella Cheese, Uncured Pepperoni and Italian Sausage with Roasted Red Peppers, which boast a suggested retail price of $12.
Sweet Potato Gnocchi is a mineral-rich sweet potato gnocchi rolled with Cappello's almond flour, making for an elegant dough that can be eaten as an entrée or dessert, for a suggested retail price of $9.
Spaghetti is said to be the first ever almond flour-based spaghetti. Made fresh and immediately frozen, Cappello's spaghetti cooks in only 90 seconds, and boasts a suggested retail price of $9.
Double Chocolate Cookie Dough is a grain-free cookie dough with twice the chocolate, organic cocoa powder and chocolate morsels for a suggested retail price of $13.
