Kloosterboer Bayside, Canada, acquired Fundy Stevedoring Inc., Canada.
The acquisition includes the stevedoring activities as well as the warehouse (ambient storage) with a capacity of 34,000 square feet. The total plot, which is situated next to the premises of Kloosterboer, is 40 acres and offers possibilities for expansion in the near future.
The acquisition enables Kloosterboer Bayside to offer full logistics service.
